I. Job Responsibilities

Build a cooperative network: Focus on the microelectronics B2B/B2G market, establish long-term strategic cooperation with key enterprises, and secure core resources in the industrial chain.

Customize solutions: Expand from the sales of individual equipment to full-process services for large-scale projects including design, integration, and installation.

Demand and business planning: Conduct research on customers' pain points, formulate highly competitive business plans by combining market conditions and the company's advantages, and improve the transaction rate.

Lead bidding work: Take charge of the entire bidding process (tender documents, costs, risk control, quotation) on mainstream electronic trading platforms to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Full-cycle project management: Supervise the implementation of signed projects, coordinate resources, solve problems, ensure delivery, and provide after-sales support.

Market expansion: Participate in domestic and international industry exhibitions/forums to identify opportunities, and expand sales regions through international business trips.

II. Job Requirements

Possess sales experience in technical equipment or complex B2B solutions; experience in the microelectronics industry is preferred.

Understand or be able to quickly learn the market structure, trends, and major participants in the microelectronics field.

Be proficient in negotiating and communicating with customers at all levels (including senior executives) to promote cooperation.

Have rich experience in bidding and operation of electronic trading platforms; candidates with successful bidding cases are preferred.

IP Development Specialist (ASIC Field)

I. Job Responsibilities

Test Plan Execution: Undertake testing work for microelectronic chips, equipment, or solutions, implement test procedures in accordance with standards, record data, and generate test reports.

Issue Troubleshooting and Feedback: Promptly identify product defects or technical issues during testing, conduct preliminary cause localization, synchronize information with the R&D team, and track the progress of problem resolution.

Test Document Management: Maintain documents such as test cases and operation manuals, ensure accurate updates of documents, and support the standardized implementation of testing work.

Lead bidding work: Take charge of the entire bidding process (tender documents, costs, risk control, quotation) on mainstream electronic trading platforms to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Collaboration and Coordination: Cooperate with R&D and production teams, provide test data support, and assist in optimizing product performance and production processes.

II. Job Requirements

Build technical cooperation network: Focus on the ASIC IP B2B market, establish long-term strategic partnerships with key enterprises, chip design companies, and industrial chain core players, and accumulate high-quality cooperative resources.

Customize IP solutions: According to customer business needs and technical indicators, provide customized ASIC IP development solutions, including IP architecture design, function customization, and performance optimization, to meet personalized application scenarios.

Demand analysis and technical planning: Conduct in-depth research on customer technical pain points and market demand trends, combine the company's technical advantages to formulate feasible IP development plans, and promote the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

III. Company Advantages

Possess more than 3 years of ASIC IP development or related technical work experience; experience in IP design, verification, or chip integration is preferred.

Proficient in ASIC IP-related technical knowledge, including but not limited to digital circuit design, RTL coding, verification methodology (UVM/VMM), and familiar with mainstream process nodes (28nm/14nm/7nm) is a plus.

Have the ability to understand customer technical needs and convert them into feasible IP development solutions, with good technical documentation writing skills (such as technical specifications, user manuals).
